WEST POINT, N.Y. - Army men's soccer junior goalkeeper Winston Boldt was honored as the Patriot League's Goalkeeper of the Year, while freshman back Tanner Vosvick was named the conference's Rookie of the Year on Monday. Boldt was the lone Black Knight to land on the all-league first team, and Vosvick was joined by sophomore midfielder Justin Kim on the all-league second team. Junior midfielder Sean Mogan and sophomore back Cameron Niccum each drew all-conference third team selections.

Boldt is the 19th Black Knight to be named to the All-Patriot League First Team, and the first since Kevin Larrabee'03 was honored in 2002. Kim and Vosvick are the first Army players to land on the all-league second team since 2011.

Boldt, who becomes the first Army player to be named Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Year, notched a program-record 12 shutouts this season while starting in all 17 matches. Boldt currently stands second in the nation in save percentage (.892) and ranks fifth nationally in goals against average (.500). Boldt earned a pair of Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week honors earlier this season. The junior has posted 74 saves this season and ranks seventh in program history with 166 career stops. Last week, Boldt was named to the Capital One All-District 1 First Team for his academic and athletic successes.

Sean Mogan

Vosvick, who started in all 17 games this year, is the fourth Black Knight to earn Patriot League Rookie of the Year honors and the first since Daniel Newell '08 was recognized in 2004. Vosvick led all Army backs with six points (two goals, two assists) while finishing with the fifth-most points on the team. Vosvick played a role in three game-winning goals, including scoring one and assisting on two others. He tallied the game-clinching goal on a penalty kick in a 1-0 win at Loyola on Oct. 12, and provided assists on game winners against Fordham (Sept. 14) and American (Oct. 19).

Kim tallied one assist while starting in 15 matches this season. The sophomore assisted on the game-winning goal in Army's 2-0 victory over Bucknell on Sept. 28. Kim played the majority of the season as a starting defensive midfielder, where he contributed to the team record 12 shutouts. Kim also handled a large portion of the Black Knights' corner kick duties this season.

Mogan started in 16 matches while appearing in all 17 and finished tied for the team lead with a career-high nine points (three goals, three assists). He recorded points in five games, including a multi-point effort (one goal, one assist) in a 2-0 win over Manhattan on Sept. 2. Mogan also picked up the game winner in Army's 1-0 victory against Colgate on Oct. 9.

Cameron Niccum

Niccum started in 16 games for the Black Knights while playing a key role on a defense that allowed just nine goals. He finishes the regular season with a goal and an assist, including his first career marker and the game winner against Bucknell on Sept. 28.

Army (12-3-2, 6-2-1 PL) concludes its regular season tied for second on the program's all-time wins list, and equaled its all-time Patriot League wins mark of six. On Friday, the Black Knights will make their first appearance in the Patriot League Championship since 1996, when they won the league's regular season and championship titles and qualified for the NCAAs. The Black Knights earned a quarterfinal bye as the No. 2 seed, and will play the lower-seeded of the two Patriot League Championship quarterfinal winners on Friday at 7:30 p.m. in Annapolis, Md.
