WEST POINT, N.Y. - Due to an impending severe winter storm predicted to hit the Northeast Friday into Saturday, Army's 2013 lacrosse season opener has been postponed and will now be played on Sunday, Feb. 10, at Massachusetts' Garber Field. Face-off is set for noon.

Originally scheduled to be the earliest season opener in Army's rich 96-year history on Saturday, the game was pushed back 24 hours to accommodate the storm.

Fans unable to make the trip to UMass have the opportunity to watch the Black Knights online, stay updated via GameTracker or follow the action @Army_Lacrosse on Twitter. Visit the lacrosse schedule page of www.goARMYsports.com for live video and statistics links.

A complete game preview will follow shortly.
