WEST POINT, N.Y. - With two guaranteed national television appearances, in addition to the 2014 Patriot League Tournament, Army fans will have plenty of opportunities to catch the Black Knights in 2014 on CBS Sports Network and ESPNU.

As a part of the Patriot League's television contract with CBS Sports Network, the highly anticipated 93rd meeting between academy rivals Army and Navy will air live on Saturday, April 12, at 2 p.m. from Michie Stadium. The league's deal also includes the 2014 Patriot League Tournament semifinals and championship on April 25 and 27, respectively.

The Black Knights will close the regular season at Notre Dame on Saturday, May 3, in a game that will air live on ESPNU at noon. It marks the first time Black Knights and Fighting Irish have met since an 11-8 Army win in 2002.

"Playing to a national television audience is always a thrill for us," said ninth-year head coach Joe Alberici. "We are extremely thankful for the exposure and opportunity to showcase this program and Academy on the national scale. We are also very aware of who and what we represent. Every time we step on that field, we are playing for something bigger than ourselves. Giving the soldiers serving this great nation a chance to watch us play for them is something this program takes great pride in."

Alberici and his Black Knights will play six home games in 2014, beginning on Sunday, Feb. 9 against Massachusetts at 12 p.m. Season, single-game and group tickets are now on sale. Fans can purchase online at, by calling 1-877-TIX-ARMY or by stopping by the Army Ticket Office, located at Gate 3 of Michie Stadium.
