One of the quickest and hardest working forwards on the team ... will wear the "A" as alternate captain in 2002-03 ... has displayed solid defense and forechecking skills for a forward ... features excellent skating ability and good offensive instincts ... came into his own as a scoring threat during his junior year ... one of Army's top returning special teamers, especially on the penalty kill ... has a knack for being in the right place at the right time ... possesses a nose for the puck and reads the play well.

2001-02: Appeared in all but two games for the Black Knights ... tied for fourth in the MAAC with two short-handed points ... scored a short-handed goal versus Mercyhurst on the last weekend of the regular season ... posted career-high numbers in goals (6), assists (8) and points (14) ... scored the game-winning goal in an Army win at Fairfield ... enjoyed a four-point weekend versus Bentley (1G, 3A) ... capped off that performance with a plus-4 rating for the two-game series ... recorded a four-game scoring streak from Jan. 12-25 ... had a three-game scoring streak in mid February ... finished the season with a plus-4 rating, one of the highest on the Black Knights' squad ... took 65 shots on goal ... scored an empty net goal versus Fairfield to put the game out of reach ... had a point in five out of six games during a stretch between Feb. 15-Mar. 2 ... scored a goal in each of Army's final two regular season contests ... also netted goals opposite Mercyhurst, Canisius, Bentley, Quinnipiac and Fairfield twice.

2000-01: Missed five games due to a shoulder injury ... had goals in victories over Bentley and Fairfield ... both goals last season, and three of four in his career, have come on the road ... collected first two career assists in 5-2 win at Air Force ... solid forechecker who played on Army's main checking line with K.C. Finnegan and Tim Murphy.

1999-2000: Scored two goals in 25 varsity games ... first collegiate goal came on opening night at Bemidji State ... snapped a 15-game scoreless drought with a goal against St. Michael's ... dressed for final 15 games of the season.

Prior to West Point: Lettered in hockey at St. John's Prep in Danvers, Mass., the same school that produced former Army co-captain T.J. McMeniman (USMA '00) ... played under head coach Robert Mavinelli ... also participated in lacrosse ... named a Catholic Conference all-star in both hockey and lacrosse and was league MVP in the latter ... earned Athletic Director's Award in high school.
