CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – Four Army golfers were among the 34 athletes honored when the Patriot League released its Academic Honor Roll on Friday.
To be eligible, golfers must be significant contributors with at least a 3.2 grade-point average during the spring semester.
Recent graduate Matt Philie, rising seniors Brandon Baerwaldt and Harrison Florence and rising junior Robby Hill all qualified for the Black Knights.
“We are very proud of the hard work of Brandon, Harrison, Robby and Matt,” said Army golf Brian Watts. “They excelled not only on the course but in the classroom as well and it’s a testament to their dedication, time management and desire to succeed. The work ethic of these young men is excellent and they continue to be great role models and mentors for our program.”
