The following blog will chronicle the 2010 Army football season through the eyes of senior LB Stephen Anderson. The Ijamsville, Md., native is in his second season serving as a team captain and has been described as the "heartbeat" of the Army defense. Anderson will provide periodic blog updates throughout the Black Knights' 2010 campaign. Click here to read Stephen Anderson's biography.

We're recharged and ready to go. We started the day off by holding a team meeting and revisiting our team’s goals and attitude. The entire team seemed ready for this week to start and to begin practicing again. We know that all of our season goals are still up for grabs, and we know it is going to take more hard work to accomplish what we set out to do this year. Last week, as a team, we chose our team captains for the remainder of the year. With five games left, Josh McNary, Patrick Mealy, and Carson Homme will be joining me as the formal leaders and captains of the Army Football Team. I have known these guys since day-one way back at Prep School. These are the right guys for the job! Take to go to work and make a statement!
Go Army! Beat VMI!
