Captain's Corner: Stephen Anderson Blog #4

The following blog will chronicle the 2010 Army football season through the eyes of senior LB Stephen Anderson. The Ijamsville, Md., native is in his second season serving as a team captain and has been described as the "heartbeat" of the Army defense. Anderson will provide periodic blog updates throughout the Black Knights' 2010 campaign. Click here to read Stephen Anderson's biography.

Here we go Army fans! It's another big week at home. This will be our Homecoming weekend. If this place is not sold out by game time, I will be disappointed. Temple is a very good team. They have a lot of experience and a lot of talent. These are games we look forward to as players because this can test our true ability. Last year, this game also slipped away from us. Whether it was the weather, the footing, (officiating), we do not care. We just care that it was a loss, and the Black Knights of 2010 do not like that. We like stacking W’s. That is what we intend to do on Saturday. Come out and watch the game. This is the Year of the Black and Gold! It should be one heck of a game!

Go Army Beat Temple!
