Army Football Media Day Quotes

WEST POINT, N.Y. - With the first official practice a day away, members of the Army football team greeted the media on Wednesday.

Several print, radio and television outlets met with the Black Knights at Randall Hall as the players and coaches shared thoughts on the 2013 season.

Army held its compliance meetings on Tuesday, met with the media on Wednesday and will open practice Thursday in preparations for the August 30 season-opener against Morgan State at Michie Stadium.

Clad in black jerseys and pants, players took still and video headshots, participated in interviews and taped segments for the Michie Stadium video board. The Army football team will begin preparations for the 2013 season with the first practice of the fall slated for Thursday.

The Black Knights will continue to practice in the morning, beginning tomorrow.

Army will open its 124th season at Michie Stadium on Friday, August 30 opposite Morgan State. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m.
