WEST POINT, N.Y.  – For the second time in four months, the Army football team will be the subject of a behind-the-scenes documentary when CBS Sports Network debuts Army Spring Football Mission: Fort Benning on Saturday, April 14 at 8 p.m. The 60-minute show will give fans an all-access look at Army’s 2012 spring football game at Fort Benning.

In addition to the game played at Fort Benning’s historic Doughboy Stadium, the program features the Black Knights attendance at a basic training graduation and a tour of the National Infantry Museum. For the scrimmage, the team was split into Armor and Infantry squads to honor two of the branches headquartered at Fort Benning.

A two-minute preview of the program can be viewed on-line at http://bit.ly/Hs4PYm.

Army Spring Football Mission: Fort Benning follows the Black Knights’ journey from West Point to Fort Benning, including travel on an Air Force C-17, an official military transport aircraft often used to deliver troops to operating bases and deployment areas.
