The Army baseball team wraps up its regular-season schedule this weekend hosting Nyack on Saturday and Chestnut Hill on Sunday. Both nine-inning contests are slated to begin at 1 p.m.

Army (23-21) defeated NYIT (7-2) and Hartford (4-3) earlier this week and the Black Knights have won 16 of their last 23 contests dating back to April 1. Nyack (14-23) has won two in a row and 11 of its last 20 games, while Chestnut Hill (17-24) has lost four of its last five contests.
Army ranks second in the Patriot League in team earned run average (4.24) while listing fourth in the conference in team batting average (.263). The Black Knights also rank as the second-best defensive team in the Patriot League with a .965 fielding percentage.
Patrick Mescher leads the Black Knights with a .333 batting average and ranks third on the team with 29 RBI. Jacob Page paces the club with four triples and a .454 slugging percentage, while listing second in batting average (.309), RBI (31) and stolen bases (10). Alex Jensen leads Army with nine doubles and 34 RBI, while ranking third in batting average (.303).
Alex Robinett (6-3, 2.88 ERA) and Chris Rowley (6-3, 2.92 ERA) lead Army's starting rotation. Rowley has a team-best 56 strikeouts, while Robinett paces the squad with 65.2 innings pitched. Davis Marlar (1-0, 1.46 ERA) and Brian Hapeman (1-1, 2.20 ERA) have emerged as quality options out of the bullpen for the Black Knights.
Nyack is batting .255 as a team, and the Warriors also show a 5.06 team earned run average. John Kennedy leads the club with a .291 batting average, while Cole Tobin paces the team with 14 doubles and 28 RBI. Tobin is also one of Nyack's top starting pitchers with a 3.86 ERA in 60.2 innings pitched.
Chestnut Hill carries a .256 team batting average and 4.89 team earned run average into Sunday's contest. Brendan Looby leads Chestnut Hill with a .344 batting average and 32 RBI. Looby also ranks first in slugging percentage (.409), third in doubles (seven) and fourth in runs scored (23). Dominic Raia III leads Chestnut Hill's starting rotation with a 6-3 record to go along with a 2.87 ERA in nine starts. Robert Hopkins (4-4, 4.63 ERA) tops the Griffins with 49 strikeouts and 70.0 innings pitched.
Following this weekend's action, Army will be idle until Saturday, May 11, when the third-seeded Black Knights travel to Annapolis, Md., to begin Patriot League Tournament play against second-seeded Navy. The rivals will engage in a best-of-three semifinal series with the winner advancing to the Patriot League Championship Series (May 18-19).
