Tom Richard

Position: Director of Ticket Operations

Tom Richard has served as the Director of Ticket Operations for Army Athletics since March of 2006 and has been with the Army Ticket Office in a variety of capacities since 1999.

Prior to his arrival at West Point, Richard had stints with East Tennessee State University, the Madison (Wisc.) Monsters of the United Hockey League and the Madison (Wisc.) Mad Dogs of the Professional Indoor Football League.

Richard is a 1996 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, where he was a member of the swimming and water polo teams. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sports Business Management at Manhattanville College and is a member of the International Ticketing Association.

He is a native of Millburn, N.J. and currently resides in Highland Falls, N.Y.
