Associate Director of Ticket Operations

With over a decade of experience under her belt, Charissa Conley has worked in the Army Ticket Office since the summer of 2000.

A Hudson Valley resident since the age of 10, she graduated seventh in her class from James I. O'Neill High School in Highland Falls, N.Y. Conley went on to attend classes at SUNY Rockland from 1998-2000.

Conley's first position at Army was as a ticket clerk, giving her the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the ticketing world, as well as to gain a solid understanding of the Paciolan ticketing system. The administration of Football Tailgating and Junior Cadet Club (currently the Junior Black Knights) were among her many responsibilities, as well as taking over the position of Army Summer Camp Registrar in 2006. Conley was promoted to Assistant Ticket Manager in the fall of 2008, and she received her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts on May 22, 2011, from RCC.

Charissa resides in Fort Montgomery, N.Y., with her husband, Michael, an electrician who also works part-time for the Army Ticket Office.
