2008-2009 (SOPHOMORE):  Notched the team’s third-fastest 100 backstroke time of the season with a 52.58 at the Patriot League Championships (Feb. 21) ... also swam the fifth-fastest 200 butterfly time of 1:53.18 ... 100 butterfly time of 51.24 against Navy (Dec. 4) was the team’s fourth-best of the year ... all three times were personal bests ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll recipient for the second striaght-season with a 3.51 grade point average.

2007-08 (FRESHMAN):
Swam at the Summer Olympic Games in Beijing as a member of the American Samoa national team ... won his heat of the 50-meter freestyle with a time of 25.45 ... swam a season-best 52.16 in the 100 butterfly prelims before finishing fifth in the consolation finals at the Patriot League Championships (Feb. 21) ... also touched the wall runner-up in the consolation finals of the 200 butterfly with a PR 1:55.74 ... finished fifth in both the 100 and 200 butterfly versus Connecticut (Nov. 10) ... nabbed second place in the 200 fly and fourth in the 100 fly at Syracuse (Oct. 20) ... named to the Patriot Leauge Academic Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB:
All-American and All-State swimmer at Temple High School ... two-time team captain while earning four letters under coach Trey Sullivan ... named an Academic All-American as a senior ... eight-year member of the Temple Area Swim Club ... also swam for the Texas Gold.

PERSONAL: Stewart Michael Glenister was born Oct. 12, 1988 in Fort Knox, Ky. ... son of Roland and Limonmon Glenister ... parents are from American Samoa ... father was born and raised in American Samoa and retired as a Command Sergeant Major after 23 years of service in the Army ... has two older brothers, Marshall and Roland, and one younger sister, Rachael ... plays basketball and football in  his spare time ... maternal grandfather, Peter Coleman, was appointed the first native born governor of the nation by Dwight Eisenhower in 1955 ... also enjoys inline skating, playing the drums and listening to music ... fractured his left femur as a senior in high school ... Systems Management major.
