2008: Opened indoor season with a win (15:16.9) in the 5000m at the Crowell Open ... improved time in event to 14:56.28 the following week to place sixth at the Gotham Cup ... qualified for IC4A’s in the 3000m with scoring effort of 8:28.89 vs. Navy ... ran personal best 8:27.65 at IC4A Championships ... opened outdoor season with second place finish (10:13.53) in the steeplechase at the USF Invite ... was just less than a half-second short of winning ... competed in the 5000m in three events.

2007: Debuted with top-10 in the 5000m at the Black Knight Invitational ... competed in the mile at the Army Open and finished 10th in 4:42.8 ... took eighth (10:18.51) in the steeplechase at the Dick Shea Invite during the outdoor season.

High School: Graduate of Rock Springs High ... was a two-time all-state and three-time all-conference performer ... claimed the 2005 state and conference cross country championships ...holds the Rock Springs record for the mile run ... was inducted into the National Honor Society.
