Come kick-off the 2006-07 Army Women’s Basketball season as the defending Patriot League Champions take on Big Ten powerhouse Ohio State in the first annual Maggie Dixon Classic.

Leading off game one of the Classic is the Pittsburgh men’s team, coached by Jamie Dixon, taking on Western Michigan.  Tip-off is set for 12 p.m.

In the second game, the Army women’s team starts its quest for another NCAA bid against Ohio State. Tip-off for game two of the Classic is set for 3:30 p.m.

During the intermission between games, the Army Athletic Association will unveil the 2006 Patriot League Championship banner and the 2006 Patriot League Coach of the Year banner. The Dixon family will also be in attendance and receive rings commemorating the Patriot League Championship and NCAA appearance.
