WEST POINT. N.Y.- Thursday's women's tennis match between Army and Syracuse in upstate
New York has been postponed due to the impending snow storm heading north. A
make-up date will be scheduled and announced at a later time.
Army's trip to Syracuse was
one of five away matches scheduled for the Black Knights this season. The teams
renewed their series with a heated battle at West Point, N.Y., last March. After
losing the doubles point, Army rallied to win five out of six singles matches en
route to its eighth win of the season.
The Black Knights look ahead to this weekend's matches
when the team hosts Stony Brook on Saturday at 1 p.m. The team concludes a
three-match weekend with a Sunday doubleheader against Connecticut (9 a.m.) and
Fordham (12 p.m.). Army is 2-2 on the season.
